Spiderette is a fast and compact variation of Spider Solitaire played with a single 52-card deck.
It keeps many of the strategic ideas that make Spider Solitaire so satisfying while creating shorter, more concentrated games. You still need to uncover hidden cards, organize the tableau and build complete sequences from King down to Ace.

The goal of Spiderette is to clear all the cards from the tableau by completing sequences from King down to Ace.
Cards are arranged across seven tableau columns. You can move cards between columns to create descending sequences and reveal face-down cards.
Complete sequences are removed from play. Continue reorganizing the tableau and uncovering cards until every card has been cleared.
When no useful moves remain, additional cards can be dealt from the stock.
Spiderette follows the basic ideas of Spider Solitaire but uses only one standard 52-card deck instead of the two decks used in traditional Spider.
It also uses seven tableau columns rather than Spider's ten.
The smaller layout makes Spiderette games faster, but that does not necessarily make every deal easy. With fewer cards and less space available, individual decisions can have a major effect on whether a deal can be solved.
Spiderette is therefore a great choice for players who enjoy the strategy of Spider Solitaire but prefer shorter games.
